1. Before Work Begins

Full refund within 14 days.

2. Quality Issues

If translations contain errors, we correct free of charge. If correction is insufficient, partial refund based on affected portion.

3. After Delivery

No refund for accepted translations. Acceptance assumed if no feedback within 5 business days.

4. Process
